It started with a dream of a mole.
A symbol of my hidden parts, the ones that wanted to come to the surface and be loved instead of buried.

I shaped them with plaster, acrylic, gauze, and rose,
to see them, touch them, and even smell them.
Because I believe that integration happen through all the senses.

“Mole’s Dream” reminds me that even what hides in the dark is part of who we are, waiting for gentleness and light.

I hope you enjoy the self-discovery and exploration.

I love the power of focus. Have you ever noticed that when you start looking for something—like red cars—you suddenly see them everywhere? It’s not that there are more red cars than other colors. Your brain is simply tuned to notice them. In psychology, this is called the Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon or frequency illusion.

Now, think about your goals and desires:
• If you wish to get a higher salary, are you actively focusing on ways to achieve it? Are you noticing opportunities to learn new skills, network, or ask for a raise?
• If you want to feel more appreciated, did you notice the compliment your coworker gave you today, or did you brush it off?
